Refund Policy

All reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable, except in rare cases where:

  • The selected kitten becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, and no alternate kitten is available

  • The breeder (Bengals of Miami) cancels the transaction before kitten selection or pickup

If a buyer backs out after selecting a kitten, the deposit will be forfeited and not transferred to a future litter unless agreed upon in writing.

Balance payments for the kitten are due before or at pickup/delivery. Once a kitten leaves our care, all sales are final.

Health Guarantee (48 Hours + 1 Year Genetic)

Every kitten from Bengals of Miami is:

  • Vet-checked

  • Vaccinated

  • Dewormed

  • Sent home with full health records

We guarantee that your kitten is in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.

✅ 48-Hour Initial Guarantee:

Buyers are required to take their kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. If a serious, life-threatening medical issue is discovered during that visit and confirmed by both your vet and ours, we will offer:

  • A replacement kitten from a future litter, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation and availability.

✅ 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee:

We also provide a 1-year health guarantee against life-threatening genetic or congenital defects. If your kitten is diagnosed with a qualifying hereditary condition within the first 12 months (verified by two licensed veterinarians), we will offer:

  • A replacement kitten from a future litter, at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Injuries, infections, or illnesses acquired after leaving our care

  • Issues caused by poor diet, lack of vet care, or neglect

  • Non-life-threatening conditions or minor cosmetic defects
