Terms & Conditions

1. Waitlist & Deposit

A non-refundable $250 reservation fee is required to hold your place on our waitlist. This fee goes toward the final cost of your kitten and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Kitten Selection

Waitlist families will choose kittens in the order deposits are received. Kittens are evaluated for temperament and health before they are made available for selection.

3. Health Guarantee

All kittens will be vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before going to their new homes. Health records will be provided. We guarantee the kitten is in good health at the time of pickup or delivery.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Kittens will be ready for pickup or local delivery at 10–12 weeks of age, depending on development and vet approval. We offer delivery within South Florida by car (Up to Orlando with appropriate fee). Any other delivery method must be discussed in advance.

5. Breeding Rights

All kittens are sold as pets only unless breeding rights are specifically discussed and contracted. Breeding rights come at an additional cost and are only granted to approved buyers.

6. Right to Refuse Sale

Bengals of Miami reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time if we believe the buyer is not a suitable match for the kitten. In this case, any deposit will be refunded in full.
